All punches have their manufacturing number engraved on a side that identifies punch, so that Omella punches achieve a perfect traceability of all their punches.

TYPES OF ENGRAVING

Standard: for marking soft or hot metals: engraving tip according to logo thicknesses and solid surfaces, conicity 20º.
Robust: for hard metals: 0.1mm engraving tip, only lines are engraved, 40º conicity.
Low fatigue: for hard metals: 0.25mm rounded engraving tip, only lines are engraved, 45º conicity.
Dotted: for hard metals: 0.25mm rounded engraving tip, only dotted lines are recorded, 45º conicity.

Details

Standard measuring punch to hammer all kinds of metal, steel, stainless, iron, brass, bronze, copper… It is a lightweight, agile and ultra resistant punch, ideal for small brands such as logos, signatures, initials, texts, codes, ect.

Being standard its price is very economical and quick to manufacture. It can be engraved with custom logos or with texts.

The punch Ref P8/100 has a band on its side that indicates the foot of the engraving to achieve a correct centering when punching. All round body punches carry a mark on the side to know where the foot of the logo or design to mark is, so you can easily punch with the mark always well placed.

Together with the punch Ref P8/100 we deliver a rubber stopper to avoid bumps with other punches when storing it and instructions for correct use.
